Maintenance:

• Operators must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the centrifugal dehydrator to ensure correct operation.
• Before starting the centrifugal dehydrator, rotate the rotating drum for several turns to check the operation of the rotating drum.
• The feeding of the centrifugal dehydrator should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive vibration of the machine due to excessive weight imbalance.
• During the normal operation of the centrifugal dehydrator, do not brake the opening and closing arm to avoid damaging the belt and other parts.
• No items can be placed on the top cover of the centrifugal dehydrator to prevent accidents after starting the machine.
• Once abnormal phenomena are found during the operation of the centrifugal dehydrator, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the machine should be braked and stopped for inspection.
• The centrifugal dehydrator must be regularly overhauled and filled with lubricating oil, and overhauled at least once every six months to ensure its long - term stable operation.
